Return/Refund Policy:

 We greatly value your business and want your satisfaction. My Own Blend Jewelry products are crafted from the highest quality materials and to the highest standards. Should you need to return your new/unworn jewelry or any of our other products, please read over our return slip that comes with your shipment. It will instruct you to e-mail us at admin@myownblendjewelry.com to receive a return confirmation number. This return confirmation number must be included on the return slip when you send your item back in the packaging it was sent in. 

Please note: Custom made pieces (such as special requests outside of what is available through our website store) are not returnable.

Also Note: If an item is being returned/exchanged to have anything such as the color, metal, or length changed please contact us prior to returning the item at admin@myownblendjewelry.com for further information related to the additional cost of this process. Costs will be assessed on an item by item basis.

 The return package must be postmarked within 10 calendar days from its original delivery date to your home (delivery date is confirmed electronically through U.S. postal service tracking number).

 Upon the jewelry’s arrival in new condition to the My Own Blend Jewelry P.O. box, your jewelry will either begin the exchange process OR your money will be refunded in full, minus: 1)the initial shipping charges, 2)the 35% restocking fee, 3)“Rush Order” fees (if applicable), and 4)and any and all refund fee's generated by Pay Pal. The cost of return shipping and tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and Handling:

All items are shipped via U.S. postal service Priority Mail. All items have U.S. postal tracking numbers to ensure the items arrival. Orders are processed within 2-3 days of the customer placing them. 

Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of order. In the event of staff vacation or other reason to close shop, there will be notification of this on the homepage of the MyOwnBlendJewelry.com web site.  The message posted on the home page related to this will note the day we anticipate receiving your order.

Materials Used in Packaging for Shipping:
All items on the My Own Blend Jewelry site are sent within the US and internationally in cardboard boxes.  The inner packaging includes a copy of your invoice along with our return policy.  We use newspaper as packaging to make sure the jewelry items are not dammaged in shipping. By using newspaper not only are we not contributing to landfill waste but we are giving our customers an opportunity to easily recycle these packaging materials once the package reaches them.  If you have any questions regarding our packaging materials or are unable to receive your item packed within newspaper for allergie or other medical reasons, please contact us at admin@myownblendjewelry.com and we will be happy to discuss other arrangements. Materials Used in Jewelry:
All items on the My Own Blend Jewelry site are hand made by our artists. Our artists only use the finest sterling silver, 14K gold-fill, copper, fresh water pearls and Swarovski crystal beads to produce our hand crafted items. 

 We feature a large variety of Swarovski lead crystal beads imported from Austria in our pieces. Additionally, we use cultured freshwater rice-shaped pearls. These pearls are a wonderful, inexpensive alternative to their counterpart, the cultured Akoya pearls. Our fresh water pearls are bleached and dyed to keep consistency in color while maintaining their natural appearance and excellent luster. Yet another way we design to keep our costs low and your expectations high!

Our Chic Dangle line, offering chandelier style hand made earrings and pendants, is comprised of various components we purchase and then craft together to meet your specifications!

Rush Order Policy:

My Own Blend Jewelry does not do rush orders on shopping carts that feature more than 10 hand made jewelry pieces. (i.e. not more than 10 pairs of earrings or 5 pairs of earrings and 5 pendants) A shopping cart featuring, for example, 5 pairs of earrings, 5 pendants, 3 sterling silver cuff bracelets and 10 gift boxes would be o.k. as there are only a total of 10 hand made items being ordered.

 A flat charge of $60.00 will be placed on all rush orders. Simply add rush order to your shopping cart and your item will be shipped within one week of the order being placed on the web site.

 Please Note: There are NO REFUNDS for rush orders. For special consideration, feel free to e-mail our head designer at admin@myownblendjewelry.com -Thank You!

Also Note: Because your jewelry is made at the time of your order, on occasion rush order may not be available. Should this be the case, we will contact you within 2 business days of you placing your order with "Rush Delivery" to allert you of this. If Rush Delivery is not available we will promptly refund the $60.00 fee associated with this service and cancel your order if you request it be done.

Privacy Policy:

My Own Blend Jewelry.com makes every effort possible to keep your personal information private. We gather personal information such as address and name only to properly execute the sale that you the customer initiate.  Any information gathered in association with our newsletter will also be kept private. We will never share any of your information with a third party.

Pricing Policy:

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This may include price increases as well as price decreases.  The price changes, related to changes in material costs and supply and demand, are left to the discression of the owner of this site. No prices, related to an individual's shopping cart order, will EVER be adjusted after the order has been placed.  (i.e. once an order has been placed for a specific item the customer has in effect "locked in this price" even if the item's price is increased/decreased later on in the same business day, the customer's price will remain the same).


Coupons:

All coupons must be used at the time of your purchase. No discounts will be applicable once your order has been placed.  Please enter coupon code at the bottom of the "Cart" page, NOT "Checkout" page!
Once you have made your selections, click onthe shopping cart image in the top left corner of the screen . At the bottom right of the cart screen,you will see the coupon field . Here you may enter your coupon code. The cart will then compute the amount of your discount!

Can I order samples of beads in the color of my choice?  

YES! So, you’re not quite sure about buying without holding the item in your hand and seeing it in person. You’d like to hold the Swarovski lead crystal bead to your gown to make sure it complements the color as you would like? That’s why we offer low cost samples with *NO shipping and handling fee!

           Please Note:  All purchased sample beads are 4mm BiCone style beads.  The Swarovski colors are consistent whether you order Round, Cube or BiCone style cuts.  We send the BiCone beads for all samples to keep our prices low.  *Also, if your cart total exceeds more than $20.00 you will be charged for shipping handling. This means you may not request more than 10 sample beads per order to qualify for free shipping and handling.  Please contact us with any questions.

Do you make “special order” items?

 YES! If there is something featured on our site that you like, but you’d like it a lot more if it had “this or that” modified let us know! Contact our head designer at admin@myownblendjewelry.com We can discuss the changes you would like made and arrange an additional fee for the additional work.

What if I want my item gift wrapped? 
All handcrafted items automatically come in our FREE white 100% Recycled Gift Boxes.

What is the difference between crystals marked with “AB” and without “AB”?
The crystals marked with “AB” possess an Aurora Borealis like effect. Aurora Borealis is what is known as the luminous phenomena seen as streams of light, visible at night around the North Pole.

Swarovski offers an AB coating applied to specific crystals. This coating makes these beads have somewhat of a “rainbow” effect on top of their base color, say on top of an Emerald colored Swarovski bead.

Why does it take 2-4 weeks for my order to be shipped once it is placed?
All handcrafted items are made at the time of your order. As this is the case, we have no inventory of pre-completed pieces to send out immediately. This is how you can be sure your items are truly handcrafted to your specifications. We do make every effort to send your items out ASAP. Feel free to look into our “rush order” option should this fit your needs more appropriately.

Measurements of all handcrafted items: All measurements are approximate as ALL items are handcrafted. We make every possible effort to ensure our pieces are sized as close to the measurement we give as possible. No earrings will vary in length more than 3mm from our written length estimate. All earring measurments reflect the length of earring from the point where it dangles from the earwire. Pendants are measured the same way, from the point of dangle from the bail. As with all of our hand crafted items, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the procedures outlined in our Returns and Refunds information section. Thank You!

How can I be sure the bead color that I choose matches what was shown to me on my computer screen?
We make every effort possible to accurately show the brilliant colors of the Swarovski crystal beads we offer. However, as all computer monitors do have individualized color options/settings, we can not guarantee what you are seeing. Please see our section about ordering color samples of beads in this Q&A section of our site. Here we offer further details about obtaining sample genuine Swarovski beads to ensure the color you need is the color you get. 

What does it mean in your description of the earrings when you say “you choose the color”?
This simply means that for all the 6mm Swarovski beads featured in that particular style’s description, you choose the color from the provided palette and we use that color in custom making your earrings. Not all colors are available in all bead styles so please consult the palette when selecting colors. If you have a special request, we may be able to locate the color you need in the style of bead you desire. Contact our head designer for further details.
